Why France?
We could join the rich federation of states in the gulf: The United Arab Emirates.
They've got the green and the muscle to handle this thing quick.
Yeah, but as da po' boy, I am partial to French bread.
Plus, if the Louisiana Purchase Treaty were invalid, we would automatically become France's problem. We would have to petition to become the UAE's problem.
At the very least, we need to be in OPEC.
