DON'T BUILD YOUR HOUSE TEN FEET FROM THE OCEAN!!!!! It is important for New Orleans' residents be able to point with pride for many years at homes, throughout the city, that they personally helped to rebuild. Our mission is to make this happen.

In this process, we have identified buildings on the industrial canal that would be ideal. The location between the 9th Ward and St. Bernards Parish could be an epicenter assisting the New Orleans rebirth and revitalization. While those buildings all sustained damage, they are good enough to house our production and get it started until we can patch up the plants.

Factories and machines are not cheap, and the machines needed can take up to 21 weeks to build, but once the small amount of money is secured then the plant could be putting out 30 homes a day or the support walls for up to 60 homes a day that have to be elevated out of harms way.

The unique part of this business is that we are not home builders. We have no standard models. We supply exactly to the drawings of the building. Any builder brings any plan, in any design, in any size, and two weeks later has a superior house shell erected, by us, for them to finish inside and out in the syle they choose.

We think that this is the best solution to maintain the "Gumbo" that was, is, and should always be New Orleans. Using a stronger, safer, longer lasting exterior fiberglass skeleton prevents rebuilding with the same materials that failed.

We look forward to being a part of New Orleans for many years to come.

Sincerely

James P.
